We require a minimum of one full business day's notice for any cancellations or modifications to your upcoming appointments. However, if you cancel or change an appointment with less than one full business day’s notice, a $50 cancellation fee will apply. In cases where an appointment is canceled on the day of service, or if our cleaners are unable to access your home, or if there are no basic utilities like water and electricity, or if there is a rodent or insect infestation present, you will be charged the full cost of the appointment. This policy helps us manage our resources efficiently and continue providing high-quality service to all our clients.
